	A peaceful oasis where you can relax and unwind in comfortable surroundings

The World Peace Café was opened on 30th August 2002 and provides a direct link between Manjushri Buddhist Centre, based at Conishead Priory, and Ulverston.

The aim of the café is to give people the opportunity to enjoy healthy food in a peaceful and relaxing environment. There is also the chance to explore and experience the many benefits of meditation through attending the classes in the meditation room above the cafe.

You can also borrow a book from our library or purchase one from our bookshop.
